Adding a Contact to a Carrier Profile
While working within C4, it is likely you will speak to new dispatchers or representatives that you will want to add to the carrier profile.
When clicking on a carrier contact through either the Capacity or the Projects section, a page will expand with all carrier contacts that you can add to, edit, or report inaccurate.
If you would like to Add a contact, you can do so by clicking the person with a (+) icon in the Representatives section:
Fill out the required fields, then select 'Create Contact'.
In Projects, if you want to add a contact to a carrier that is already procured, just select the carrier, click Actions and select Add Contact.
