Adding Notes to Carrier Profiles

While using C4, you can leave notes about your conversations with a carrier. These notes will be saved in the carrier's profile, allowing you to seamlessly continue discussions and strengthen your relationship.

When you select a carrier, the Notes section will expand, allowing you to input any pertinent information you wish to save.

 

Once a note is saved, it will be visible in the carrier's profile and will reappear whenever you select that carrier in the future.

 

 

Saved notes can be accessed at any time and can only be deleted by the user who created them.
