Carrier Quality is a rating system we use to evaluate carriers based on their identity and performance. Learn how we determine this score and how it impacts your experience.
We determine a carrier's Quality Score by carefully considering two key factors:
- Carrier Risk Assessment: We integrate with trusted vetting and identity tools to gather information about a carrier's risk profile.
- Carrier Performance: Our proprietary analytics evaluate a carrier's historical performance, including their interaction with customers and overall reliability.
By combining these elements, we generate a comprehensive Quality Score that helps us optimize the booking process for both customers and carriers.
Both the vetting and identity data, as well as the internal analytics, are updated daily.
Through our partnership with MyCarrierPortal, the C4 system maintains its own overall Quality Score for each carrier.
For customers who do not have a vetting or identity integration enabled, the system scoring will be used.
