Email Customization

When sending a Check Capacity email through Projects, our customers requested to add some email customization differentiating the email from other C4 users. This is now available in the platform.

First, you will need the assistance of your CSM to customize your account email template. Send an email to support@cargochief.com and your CSM will contact you to start working on your customization. 

As noted in the Check Capacity article, this is what the default email looks like:


With our new Email Customization feature you can change anything about the existing template.

As you can see, adding a little personalized touch, on-brand messaging, and/or a logo can really help distinguish your Check Capacity emails leading to higher engagement.
