Email Customization

Adding a little personalized touch, on-brand messaging, and/or a logo can help distinguish your emails leading to higher engagement.

If you’re a C4 Admin, you can customize your email templates by navigating to the 'Email Templates' section in the Settings menu.

 

Here's a description of each template:

  • Load Offer: This is the general load offer template that all in-network carriers receive through DFM or the Booking Assistant.

  • Load Offer (Automated Booking): This is the load offer template that in-network carriers under Book Now will receive through DFM.

  • Load Offer (Batch): This is the load offer template that in-network carriers will receive if there are multiple loads with the same origin/destination sent out within a 1-2 minute timeframe.

  • Counter Carrier Offer: This is internal to your team, received when a carrier counters on a load.

  • Carrier Offer Selected: This is received by the selected carrier when you accept their offer.

  • Check Capacity: This is for all emails that are sent through Projects when you click 'Check Capacity' in the Procured list.
