After procuring carriers to each of your Projects, you can save time by sending them all a "Check Capacity" email at once.
On the Projects page, all of your saved projects will appear in a list view. Click on your desired project and select "Check Capacity". A dialogue box will appear with the load details. Once all the information is confirmed, select "Email Carriers". All of the procured carriers saved within the project will receive an email about the lane.
See the sample email that your carriers will receive below:
- The Subject line will default to Origin State to Destinate State - any trucks?
- C4 will generate an email address for the user which allows all responses to be sent back directly to the email address associated with the C4 user login. This also helps bypass any firewalls or the email going to the carrier's spam.
- The user's name will be reflected in the generated email.
- The signature reflected in the email will show the user's actual Name, Company, Phone Number, and Email address associated with the account.
