Providing Feedback on Pricing

Feedback on the accuracy of our pricing is helpful for us to continue providing the best insight to the current market rates.

While running Capacity searches or sourcing for your Projects, you will see the Current Rates and Recent Transactions in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard. Underneath the 'Per Mile' rate, you will see an option to select 'Spot On' or 'No'.

Select the option that best describes the scenario. In the event that our pricing is not showing as accurate, we will do further research and adjust accordingly.
