Carrier environments can change rapidly. Factors such as claims, accidents, changes in operations, and more can cause a carrier's operating area to shift. If you find a carrier with incorrect information, please let us know.
A common question is how often our carrier data is updated. We gather information on our carriers through several methods:
- Real-time load details pulled from transaction data we process.
- Monthly synchronization with the FMCSA website.
- Input from users on our platform.
Reporting Incorrect Lane Information
1. Start by clicking on a carrier card to expand it.
2. Click on 'Full Profile'
3. From there, you'll be able to view the carrier's lane information.
4. If you see an incorrect lane, click on the pencil icon located at the far right of the lane you are reporting. You will then be prompted to specify what information is incorrect.
Reporting this will prompt our team to reach out to the carrier and update their profile accordingly.
