How do I report a carrier with incorrect contact information?

It's important to keep carrier contact information as accurate as possible so that all load offers are seen and actioned by the correct representatives.

A common question is how often our carrier data is updated. We gather information on our carriers through several methods:

  • Real-time load details pulled from transaction data we process.
  • Monthly synchronization with the FMCSA website.
  • Input from users on our platform.

 


Reporting Incorrect Contact Information


1. Start by clicking on a carrier card to expand it.


2. From there, you'll be able to view the carrier's contact information.

 

3. If you see incorrect contact info, click on the alert icon located at the far right of the contact you are reporting. You will then be prompted to specify what information is incorrect.

 

Reporting this will prompt our team to reach out to the carrier and update their profile accordingly.
