      MyCarrierPortal Integration

      Enabling the MyCarrierPortal Integration will ensure all existing and new carriers added to your network sync up with C4. Any admin on an account can turn this integration on.

      Begin at the drop-down settings menu and select "Integrations"

       

      Click on "MyCarrierPortal" to expand your input options.

       

      To obtain the necessary credentials for Cargo Chief integration, please refer to the guide below:

       

      When logging into your MCP account, you will find a generated username and password upon adding the integration. 

       

      PLEASE NOTE: Activating this integration is free, and will allow you to onboard new carriers directly from C4 using the 'Onboard Carrier' link. Your carrier network will also update automatically, eliminating the need for future manual carrier uploads.
