Adding Notes to Carrier Profiles

While working in C4, you can leave notes regarding a carrier conversation that will be saved in the carrier profile. This will allow you to pick up where you leave off with a carrier, driving that relationship to the next level.

After a carrier is selected, the Notes section will expand allowing you to input any helpful information you want to save in a carrier's profile. See below:

Once a note is saved it will be visible in the carrier profile and whenever a carrier card is selected again. 

Notes are accessible any time after they are saved and can only be removed by the person who left them.
