Report an Inaccuracy on Carrier Information

Carrier environments can change rapidly. A claim, an accident, a change in operations, and many more factors can lead to a carrier's operating area to shift. In the event you come across a carrier who shows incorrect information you can let us know.

A common question is how often our carrier data is updated. The information we collect on our carriers comes from:

1. Our carrier recruiting team when a carrier is onboarded in our system 

2. Load details pulled from transaction data that we process in real time

3. Our monthly sync-up with the FMSCA website

4. Users on the platform 


If you come across a carrier who does not run a lane anymore, has incorrect dispatcher contact information, shows inactive authority, or any number of things, you can report it to the C4 team, and we will update immediately. 

First, expand the carrier card as shown below. There are two sections to report inaccuracies:

1. If you are reporting incorrect lane info, a window will expand seeking more information: 

Select the appropriate field and our team will update the carrier profile right away. 

2. If you are reporting incorrect contact info, a window will expand seeking more information:
