Upload Multiple Projects at Once

Were you recently awarded a new chunk of business? Have a couple of dedicated lanes you want to source? Using our Upload Project template, you can save time by uploading multiple projects at once.

1. Start by navigating to the Settings menu in the top right corner of your screen. From there, go to the 'Automation Tools' section and select 'Projects'. 

2. Scroll down and click 'Import Projects.'

3. Download the bulk project template by clicking the 'Download the file template' link.

4. Open the file that appears in your downloads folder.

You will need to input the information for each project. The more information you provide, the more details will be reflected in each project.

The required fields on the template include:

• origin_city
• origin_state
• origin_zip
• destination_city
• destination_state
• destination_zip
• trailer_type
  
  a. If you would like to include multiple trailer types in a single project you can do so by listing all types separated by a coma. (i.e. Flatbed, StepDeck, RGN)
  b. The trailer types you can choose from mirror the trailer type offerings within C4. Currently, we have the following available:
  -Van
  -Flatbed
  -Reefer
  -Power Only
  -StepDeck
  -Conestoga
  -Double Drop
  -RGN
  -Box
  -Sprinter
  -Container
• due_date - Cannot be less than the current day. Accepted Format: MM/DD/YYYY
• duration - Options: Day, Week, Month, Year
• count - To show the frequency the lane runs 

Once your template is complete, save it and proceed to the following steps.

5. Click 'Choose File' and select the updated bulk project template.

6.  When you select the file you are looking to upload, our system will identify if the formatting is acceptable. If it is not, you will be prompted to make the necessary adjustments.  

If the formatting is correct, simply click 'Upload' and all your projects will be visible in your account. You can then start building a carrier base for each one.
