A Project can be best described as consistent business or new opportunities. Through this feature, you are able to perform targeted sourcing and compile a list of go-to procured carriers.
The goal of the Project section is to create an area for you to organize, source, and automate engagement with carriers on higher volume lanes, dedicated freight, and newly awarded businesses. Instead of individual documents with notes about go-to carriers, you can create a Project providing your entire team visibility on who should be running specific lanes.
The "Projects" section can be found on your main dashboard as soon as you log in to C4. From here, you can add a "New Project".
Click the "Filter" button at the top of the page to quickly find a Project you are working on. The user who created a Project is the only one who will have the ability to delete it.
You can also go to your settings menu → Automation Tools → Projects to "Import Projects" in bulk.
You can quickly notify your procured carrier list about the Project details through an email blast. There are many ways this feature can be utilized and adopted into your daily operations.
