The overall goal of any Project is to develop a Procured carrier list within a certain lane. Within C4 you can engage with your Procured carrier list with a single click of a button, saving you time and effort while sourcing.
Refer to any built Project, select "Options"
If there are carriers already added to the selected Project, you will be redirected to the Procured Carrier list.
From here you can send an email to all your Procured carriers about an upcoming load. Select "Check Capacity" then complete the action by selecting "Email Carriers".
See example email that your carriers will receive below:
- The Subject line will default to: Origin State to Destinate State - any trucks?
- C4 will generate an email address for the user which allows all responses to be sent back directly to the email address associated with the C4 user login. This also helps bypass any firewalls or the email going to the carrier's spam.
- The user's name will be reflected in the generated email.
- The signature reflected in the email will show the user's actual Name, Company, Phone Number, and Email address associated with the account.
