C4's Booking Assistant automates load outreach, removing the repetitive manual steps of load coverage. This enables carrier reps to focus on inbound carrier offers, handling exceptions, and focus on problem lanes.

There are three ways to utilize C4's Booking Assistant:


1. Through a TMS integration: See a list of qualified TMS providers below.

Once load information is submitted, C4's algorithm will do the following:

  • Send offers to carriers that match the lane.
  • Receive counteroffers on your loads and monitor email activity through the Loads tab.
  • Send all carrier replies to user emails to manage the flow of incoming offers.
